EXCHANGE AND REFUND

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once ordered, our dispatch lead time is 7–10 working days. If you would like your order dispatched earlier, please contact us at +91 98710 02331 and we will do our best to assist you.

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

Each Pooja Aggarwal, piece is created with great care, attention, and craftsmanship. As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on products once sold.
In case of a size issue or a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange or issue a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order by writing to ask@poojaaggarwal.com or contacting us at +91 98710 02331. Our team may request additional photographs or information to assess the request. We request your cooperation in the process.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Store credit vouchers cannot be extended beyond their validity period.
• Pieces purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange or return.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on domestic orders below ₹10,000 and is subject to serviceability based on the delivery pin code.
For all domestic COD orders, a nominal confirmation fee will be charged prior to dispatch. This helps us authenticate customer details, shipping address, and ensure smoother deliveries.
Orders will be processed only after successful verification via call or WhatsApp.

Please note:

• COD orders are eligible only for size exchanges, subject to availability.
• Exchanges against a different style, product, or design are not permitted for COD purchases.
• Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery may result in future COD services being unavailable for the customer.

For all international deliveries we do not have an exchange policy. Any fee or custom charges applicable at the international port of entry is to be borne by the customer and is not the responsibility of Pooja Aggarwal.
